1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Lumo browser extension, the Lumo Mobile Android application, or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Lumo is a software service that automates ZAAD merchant bank transfer operations. It is provided as a Chrome browser extension and as a companion Android mobile application. Both experiences connect to the same backend and licensing system and may require an active subscription or trial to function.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Free trials are limited to one per user/device.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the current billing period ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass licensing, reverse engineer the software, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lumo is provided "as is." We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from automated transfers. You are responsible for verifying all transfer details.

7. Privacy

Your use of Lumo (extension, mobile app, and website) is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
