Refund Policy

Free Trial

Lumo offers a free trial period. No payment is required during the trial and no refund is applicable.

Monthly Subscriptions

If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the service extensively. After 14 days, a pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@lumoapp.com with your account details and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 2 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
